Who I am and what I do: Hi! I’m Kim. I’m a Holistic Health Coach with a passion for whole foods and balanced living. I am here to encourage you to embrace a holistic approach to your health, wellness, and life. As a health coach, my job is to support and help others reach their goals by overcoming obstacles to achieve lifestyle changes.
My approach: I firmly believe in the power of bio-individuality, the idea that you are uniquely you and only you know what works best for your body. Maybe you aren’t quite sure what works best for your body, but you would like to figure it out. I would love to guide you on that journey! I proudly encourage you to find YOUR good. This means finding what works best for you, for your mind, body, and soul.
This means no fad diets and no hype about whatever superfood is currently flooding the media. Just simple, good, whole foods that work for you. What works for you might resemble one of the popular dietary theories out there — paleo, vegan, vegetarian — but the point is to design it specifically for you. With a little dedication and persistence, you will find your way. All you have to do is keep two things in mind:
- Whole foods do not have ingredients – they are ingredients, and
- If it doesn’t make you feel good, don’t eat it.
